Remove line breaks from text

An email client chopped it at 72 characters. A PDF broke it at the column edge. A phone broke it at 40. Paste it here and your paragraphs come back, and your text never leaves this browser.

Options

Where does your text go?

Nowhere. It stays in your browser.

There is no server doing the work here. Open your browser's network tab and watch while you paste. Nothing goes out. Or turn off your wifi and use the page anyway. It still works.

Questions

Will it ruin my bullet list?

No. Bullets and numbered items stay on their own lines, and a bullet that was itself wrapped gets joined back into its own item rather than into the one above. There is a checkbox under Options if you want everything joined regardless.

I copied this out of a PDF and words are split with hyphens.

Those get repaired. A word broken as informa- at the end of one line and tion at the start of the next is put back together with no space in the middle. A real hyphen before a capital letter is left alone, because that one is usually part of the word.

Can I get everything on one single line?

Yes. Under Options, change Keep to "Nothing. Make it one single line". Every break goes, including the blank lines between paragraphs.

How is this different from the full cleaner?

The full cleaner guesses. It measures how wide the lines are and only rejoins the ones long enough to have been wrapped, because inside a whole message a wrong guess is damage you would not notice. This page does not guess. You asked for the line breaks to go, so they go.

Paste yours in and see.
